- Practices are held at our site in Bert Winters Park, 13425 Ellison Wilson Road, Juno Beach.
- Practices run 6 days per week for high school athletes (Monday to Saturday) and 3 days per week for middle school athletes (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.)
